Download and Installation of CellTrust Wallet

To download CellTrust Wallet, select "Download CellTrust Wallet" link from Download page. Depending on the model of your mobile phone, you may receive different prompts and messages as follow:

You maybe prompted with product information such as "Name", "Vendor" and "Size". Select "Download" option to continue with download or "Cancel" option to abort the download process.

If the application already exists on your mobile phone, you will be prompted to verify replacing the existing program. Typically both the version you are about to download and the version that exist on you mobile phone will be displayed. If you intend to replace the existing product with the version you are about to download, select "Yes" for replace for this option. If you select "No", the download process will be cancelled.

Your mobile phone may display a download progress bar showing the status of the download; you may also have the option to cancel the download process.

After the download is completed, the device may require a reboot. To complete the installation process, you will be prompted with the "Reboot Required" message. Select "Reboot" to complete the installation.

Some mobile phones may prompt you to select the folder in which the CellTrust Wallet should be installed. Typically CellTrust Wallet is installed under the "Application" folder but some phones may install the product under the "Games" or other folders. If you are prompted with such message, you need to remember the name of the folder to lunch the program.

Running CellTrust Wallet program

After a successful installation, some phones may prompt you to run the application as soon as the download process is completed. In that case you may elect to do so by selecting "Yes" however, keep in mind that your browser program may remain open if you do so. Otherwise, if you are not prompted or were required to reboot your mobile phone, you can run the application by going to the "Application" folder (or the folder in which CellTrust Wallet was installed) and highlighting the CellTrust Wallet program and selecting the run option (or lunch or execute on some mobile phones). Keep in mind that the CellTrust Wallet program may appear as "CT Wallet" on some mobile phones.

After running the program or in some mobile phones as soon as the installation is completed, you may receive few prompts indicating that CellTrust Wallet attempt to access (send/receive) data or run as server or send an SMS. For all such prompts, always checkmark the options that allow the product to do so without in the future without any further prompts to you. If you do not properly select checkmarks or on some mobile phones that no permanent access privileges exist, from time to time, you may see additional such messages indicating the program is about to use a resource that requires your permission.

Registration

For CellTrust Wallet to operate properly, the product has to know your country code (your phone number may not be unique without the country code). Hence you will be prompted to select your country. If your country of choice is not listed, select the "???????" option and manually enter your country code. If you do not know your country code, please visit this link.

During the registration, you are also required to provide a password for CellTrust Wallet program. This password may be used to access your account on CellTrust Wallet web site and will be required to access the program on your mobile phone. If you have disabled the "Password Required" option in CellTrust Wallet configuration setting, you will not be prompted for password when accessing the application on you mobile phone. It is recommended that you do not disable your CellTrust Wallet password unless your phone requires a password or an equivalent authentication process to access the phone.

Some versions of the product may send an SMS message to CellTrust web site. This would be a verification process to make sure you can send or receive SMS which is required for receiving mobile alerts. You may be prompted to allow such actions.

Using CellTrust Wallet

When accessing the CellTrust Wallet for the first time, you are prompted to add new cards. You can do so from your mobile phone or by using your computer to access CellTrust Wallet web site. When using your computer's internet browser, go to my.celltrust.com and select the option for "???????". Enter your phone number including the country code and password that you provided during registration. From there, use the help option for further instruction.
