CellTrust

There are two components to CellTrust Wallet. A website that is used to manage your account and an agent that is installed on your mobile phone to access your latest account information while on-the-go.

Your account update information is provided by your account provider (ie Banks, Airlines and Hotels). Account providers send you messages as your account status changes. For example, Airline companies and car rental agencies may send you electronic confirmation of your reservations or financial institutions like banks and credit card companies may send daily status of your account activities.

CellTrust Wallet website gathers such account updates and securely transfers to your mobile phone for access via CellTrust Wallet agent.

You request your account information from account providers in one of the two ways. If your account provider is a CellTrust Corporation partner, simply follow the CellTrust Wallet link on their website and identify yourself as a CellTrust Wallet user. If your account provider is NOT currently a CellTrust partner, you need to signup with your account provider’s website to receive email alerts or email updates. While doing so, you will be asked to provide an email address. You can either use your CellTrust Wallet secure email address that is provided to you at the time of registration (ie AB14805551212@my.celltrust.com) or your personal email address.

If you use CellTrust Wallet secure email address, you have the option to forward a copy of all email updates to your personal email address as your records. If you use your personal email address, you must run CellTrust wallet Microsoft Outlook plug-in on your personal computer which forwards a copy of email updates received by your personal email account to your CellTrust Wallet.
